The IT Support Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining the organization’s technology infrastructure by providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and support to end-users across hardware, software, and network systems. This position ensures the efficient operation of all IT systems, delivers exceptional customer service, and contributes to continuous improvement initiatives within the IT Operations team.
The IT Support Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for technical issues, performing diagnostics, resolving incidents, and escalating complex problems as needed. The role involves close collaboration with system administrators, network engineers, and other IT professionals to maintain a secure, stable, and productive technology environment.
