As a Testimonial Task Force Specialist, you will play a  pivotal role in capturing impactful customer testimonials to further our mission of transforming lives.  You will do this by conducting engaging interviews with current and past clients through various mediums, about the services they have received from our organization. you will collaborate closely with our sales team, customer service department, and legal teams, serving as the face and voice of our company.  You'll champion our company values, drive referrals, while ensuring alignment with our business goals and legal guidelines.  The Testimonial Task Force Specialist also assists with technical troubleshooting for clients participating in testimonial meetings. We're seeking individuals with superior communication skills, a positive and energetic outlook, and a knack for making sound decisions in fast-paced environments. You should excel as a team player, possess strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, and embody our company values. Adaptability, a keen eye for industry trends, and proficiency with interview tools are also essential.

About Our Perks, Compensation, & Benefits

 

  • Competitive compensation ranging from $20.00 per hour - $22.00 per year with total compensation ranging from $51,000 - $56,000.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct engaging interviews with clients via phone, online meetings, or in person.
  • Capture impactful customer testimonials that further our mission of transforming lives.
  • Encourage our esteemed veteran clients to share their compelling stories about the services they’ve received.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and resolve client issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with legal guidelines during interviews.
  • Assist in scheduling testimonial interviews and driving referrals.
  • Provide technical support for clients attending testimonial meetings.
  • Attend regular training sessions to align with business goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and interview tools.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (A.S. in Business preferred).
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles.
  • Possess a positive and energetic outlook.
  • Superior communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • The ability to work as part of a team.
  • The ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Active listening skills and CRM proficiency.

  • A keen eye for industry trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Proficiency with interview tools.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
