GlobalTek BPO Inc. is an in-house BPO company who helps the underserved and at-risk disabled population in their quest to receive all the disability benefits they medically, legally, and ethically qualify for from both government and private entities. We develop medical evidence that helps our clients navigate the complex disability benefits journey to improve their life trajectory.

GlobalTek supports our US clients at Trajector, which was founded in 2014 with a handful of employees. In the last 10 years, the company has grown to over 1,800 employees and we continue to expand rapidly. We define quality as meeting or exceeding our customers’ expectations. We rely on our Senior Software Development Engineer - Test to drive quality at every stage of the SDLC, through requirements definition, dependency analysis, creation of tests, and release, so that we deliver high quality.

• Generate reports of test results and errors detected.
• Define priorities and plan tests of system requirements.
• Document the functionalities of the systems in both the quality control process and the software development cycle.
• Communicate issues with the appropriate level of urgency Write automated test
  scripts that enable speed of testing and software delivery.
• Identify and proactively seek out opportunities to augment team and framework capabilities.
• Collaborate with development and product management teams to drive
  comprehensive requirements for system enhancements and new features.
• Analyze end user requirements to create and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Execute manual and automated test cases, debug, detect errors and / or possible
  improvements, document them and follow up to be resolved.
• Identify, reproduce, and report defects and verify fixes.
• Participate in agile development process and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
• Represent the end user to the developers to ensure that the requirements are met.
• Detect and propose improvements in both the quality control process and the software development cycle.

• 5+ years testing, building or supporting web applications.
• Experience testing APIs and client applications.
• Experience with using ticketing systems such as Jira, aha!, etc.
• Experience with test case management software.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. In disagreements, you engage thoughtfully with other perspectives and are willing to compromise.
• Demonstrated leadership ability to build, lead and inspire teams, foster a positive
  work culture, and develop talent.
• Familiarity with automated browser testing using an end-to-end testing framework.
• Experience with API testing frameworks (Postman, Rest Assured, etc).
• Experience testing or supporting web applications, databases, mobile, complex
  systems.
• Experience writing code using a language such as JavaScript or typescript.
• Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
• Desire and ability to take on special engineering initiatives that have an impact.
• Familiarity with automated browser testing using an end-to-end testing framework
  (Selenium, Cypress, Cucumber, Puppeteer).
• Experience working with Agile development teams.
• Experience writing code using a language such as Typescript or JavaScript
