Job Overview

This Hearing Management Caseload Specialist will primarily be responsible for preparing multiple files for the attorney. The incumbent will demonstrate their ability to be organized and provide great attention to detail. This person will deliver projects with a level of efficiency. The Hearing Management Caseload Specialist will have keen time management skills to meet project deadlines. This position will report to the Team Leader for the Hearing Management department. The schedule is Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm MST.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate directly with our clients to gather their information as we prepare for their disability hearing. 
  • Work with our attorneys, completing tasks for them, as they review the client's file. 
  • Communicate professionally and efficiently with the Social Security Administration, ensuring all required documentation is submitted in a timely manner. 
  • Send records requests to facilities and use efficient and effective communication to obtain our client's records. 
  • Efficiently review client files for potential red flags to bring to the attorney’s attention. 
  • Perform other tasks as outlined by management or team leads. 
  • Adhere to a set schedule of 8 hours per day, 5 days a week.
  • Answer phone calls, return voicemails, emails, and texts in a timely manner.
  • Review and process documents from our clients, Social Security, and medical facilities.

Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Remain at your desk, working, during your scheduled work hours.
  • Complete work efficiently and effectively.
  • Follow instructions from the department manager. 
  • Be respectful to clients, Social Security Administration workers, vendors, and team members.
  • Minimum internet speed of 25 Download/10 Upload.
