Job Overview

A Document Quality Specialist is an employee who receives and processes documents to be uploaded for Veteran clients. The employee must open mail, scan, convert or prepare the document in PDF format, provide the correct company name, and upload the documents to the ZOHO Database. The DQT Specialist must also keep track and a Backup file for the documents uploaded.

Responsibilities

  • Rename documents using the naming conventions. 
  • Utilizing software (ZOHO), databases, scripts, and tools (PDF Converters) appropriately. 
  • Review documents to ensure they are correct and legible. 
  • Label documents with header if needed. 
  • Follow up to obtain corrected credentials. 
  • Follow up with mail opening and processing. 
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures. 
  • Assists in other functions as needed. 

Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. 
  • The position is required to report on-site to our Gainesville, FL office.  
  • Typical shift is 8:00a-5:00p Monday-Friday but must be amenable to alterante shifts as business needs arise.
  • At least 6 months experience required, preferably with experience in a healthcare environment 
  • Must be detail-oriented in ensuring accuracy of data.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skill. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusion. 
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instruction.
  • Ability to remain calm while working under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Ability to work within the timeframe of standard policies and procedures. 
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality related to sensitive company and client information.
  • Excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize in a busy, fast-growth environment.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional or personal experience supporting individuals with disabilities preferred.
