We are seeking a dynamic and experienced President to join our team to lead the operational functions of one of our major lines of business. The President will work closely with the executive team to develop and execute strategies to drive growth, streamline operations, delight customers, and enhance overall performance. This position will report to the corporate Chief Operating Officer and will work remotely out of our office in Gainesville, Florida.

About Our Perks, Compensation, & Benefits

  • Competitive compensation ranging from $185,000 - $245,000 per year with total compensation ranging from $340,000 - $400,000.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the CEO and other executives to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the company's mission, vision, and goals.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee all operational aspects of the company, including but not limited to operational management, project management, quality assurance, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
  • Financial Management: Work closely with the CFO to develop and manage budgets, forecast financial performance, and identify opportunities for cost savings and revenue generation.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, productivity, and client satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership and direction to the operational team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring that the company operates in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize exposure and protect the company's reputation and assets.
  • Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication across all departments and levels of the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience (15+ years) in operational leadership roles within the healthcare or consulting industries.
  • Experience working with a P&L of $500 million or more preferred.
  • Strong understanding of medical evidence development, regulatory requirements, and/or industry best practices.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving operational excellence, process improvement, and organizational growth.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and initiatives.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in operational management tools and software.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
