Job Overview

We work with Americans living with disabilities and currently offer three solutions for their needs. We are trying to build an online community of subscribers who can benefit from the various government programs targeted at people living with disabilities. The online community once designed and launched, should allow us to offer multiple solutions to our clients.

 

We are looking for an experienced subscription leader to join our team and help us establish and increase subscription membership for a minimum of 1 million users. This leader would have global responsibility for strategic operations and partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and evolving strategies to increase subscription membership, as well as managing the day-to-day operations to build best-in-class data platform around the end user financial profile. Knowledge in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and big data a plus. This is a hands-on role where this leader gets to establish his/her own team with time. Being able to operate in detail while keeping an eye at the highest strategic level both matters.

About Our Perks, Compensation, & Benefits

  • Competitive compensation ranging from $220,000 - $250,000 per year with total compensation ranging from $260,000 - $290,000.

Responsibilities

  • Help the executive team in designing a subscription-based model plan. Ability to articulate key components of launching a new business model.
  • Define the structure, operating model, team, technology stack, and key KPIs needed to run a profitable subscription-based business.
  • Design the website, content, and messaging needed to attract subscribers to a benefit platform.
  • Create an engaging platform that allows subscribers to get value on a regular basis.
  • Ability to explain the value of the platform to investors and bankers when needed.
  • Current on philosophies and approaches of an engaged online community. Ability to implement them within our business.
  • Working with executives to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities
  • Ensuring that the company meets revenue targets
  • People leader who develops and mentors his team, works well with other lines of business leaders, and constantly finds ways to raise the team’s game.
  • Involved in the daily operations of the business which includes:
    • Monitor and analyze subscription performance and customer feedback
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the subscription program
    • Develop and implement promotional campaigns to increase subscription membership
    • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities
    • Manage customer service inquiries and complaints
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in subscription management
  • Proven track record of increasing subscription membership
  • A person with a growth mindset, entrepreneurial skills, and the ability to pivot quickly when needed.
  • Comfortable with evolving business plans and approaches and nimble in mindset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
