The remote Medical Evidence Specialist is an RN working directly with Veterans. The Medical Evidence Specialist team member will review medical symptoms and service-connected disabilities reported by the Veteran, develop a strategy plan, and communicate this plan with the Veteran client. The team member will evaluate the symptoms experienced by the Veteran and develop an accurate statement reflecting their level of disability as defined by the 38CFR Schedule of Ratings. They must identify which claims a Veteran medically qualifies for and assess the value or expected rating of each claim during the conversation. They will work closely with designated team members to answer questions about the case and provide clear direction for evidence development. Peer reviewing cases may be needed in addition to normal caseload.
Trajector is an EOE/Veterans/Disabled/LGBTQ employer.
