Job Overview

At AnchorSix an MSP for Trajector, we’re proud to offer innovative products that meet the needs of our customers. To help us continue expanding our offerings, we’re in search of an experienced product manager to lead a multidisciplinary development team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for gaps in product offerings and an innovative mindset for resolving them. This person should be a highly skilled market analyst with a proven ability to strategize the full lifecycle of a product, from conception to release. We’re looking for a confident leader who can guide cross-functional teams in the creation of products that improve customer experience and grow market share. The Product Manager must be willingness to grow within the role to achieve industry certifications, greater project management responsibility and leadership opportunities. This in office role is based out of American Fork, UT and will report to the Chief Information Officer. 

About Our Perks, Compensation, & Benefits

  • Competitive compensation ranging from $77,000 - $85,000 per year with total compensation ranging from $87,000 - $95,000.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the project sponsor and stakeholders to identify the project scope, objective, deliverables, and milestones at the beginning of every project 
  • Prepare accurate status reports for project meetings that will assist the project sponsors with strategic decision making 
  • Determine, based on scope, objectives, cost, and timeline, the best project approach to use and the right people to involve 
  • Create, direct and monitor project assignments; escalate to the project sponsor appropriately 
  • Understand how and when to use various project management processes (scope management, cost management, quality management, etc.) to accomplish project objectives 
  • Continually keep the project sponsor, stakeholders and team abreast on the status of project work through clear, accurate and concise status updates and meetings 
  • Continually monitor and manage changes to the scope, cost and schedule of the project 

Qualifications

  • Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future. 
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the role of Project Manager. 
  • CAPM, PMP certification or equivalent preferred but must obtain PMP certification before eligible for promotion.
  • The ability to work concurrently on multiple projects with varying priorities; works well under pressure and within deadlines and gives great attention to detail.
  • Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with senior management, the board of directors, and staff. 
  • Excellent judgement and creative problem-solving skills. Self-reliant and results- oriented.
  • Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive.
  • Self-motivated, hard-working and goal-driven. 
  • Reliable, consistently follows through on commitments and deadlines.
  • Enjoys solving problems and helping others solve problems.
  • Can navigate through ambiguity and effectively lead people through ambiguity.
  • Does not get discouraged when things change or seem ‘up in the air.’
  • Ability to maintain  confidentiality.
